It is nearly that time of year again !
The Lincoln 10km charity run which is the primary fund-raising activity for the Y Services Branch of the Royal British Legion will take place on
SUNDAY 22ND MARCH
Whilst the Branch appreciates and very much looks forward to the on-going marvellous support that this fund-raiser receives from the Reservists of JSSU(V), it would be lovely to see some additional support from the broader branch membership.
The event is not over strenuous and can be tackled as an ambitious athletic event or can be treated as a fairly
leisurely Sunday morning walk. There are various options as to how you can raise funds:
The athletes amongst you might want to get yourselves sponsored for achieving a particular time target
Those of you who are less ambitious might want to jog around the course in small groups whilst collecting donations from the many people who will line route - You can of course get yourselves sponsored too
And those of you who do not fancy anything quite so strenuous, might want to go to
and make a spontaneous and generous donation to our fund-raising efforts
